  • Class President (2017-2019)
    Class Vice President (2016-2017)
    Student Council Representative (2013-2015)
  • Cum Laude (2019)

She letters in track, soccer, and cross-country, and is very accomplished in all three.

Sam is looking for a challenging college experience. It's too early to tell what she'd like to major in, but she likes math, science, French, and biology.

While she was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Sam is also very well-traveled: in addition to having crisscrossed the United States, she has visited 20 countries on 4 continents.

Cross Country

Samantha began running cross country in the 6th grade, following in the footsteps of her cousin, Kira Miklos, who was a winning high school cross-country athlete in Colorado. She soon found that she had a talent for the sport.

She has been at it now for 6 years, and is getting stronger every year. Currently, she has been the State Champion (Class B) in the sport for 3 of the last 4 years, and is a part of the Cross Country All-State Teams for the last 4 years. Her PR in the 3-mile is 19.02.
